Copyright Ownership

MyAatman and all content available through the website and associated services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, images, software, source code, documentation, user interfaces, designs, databases, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Aurus and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Aurus, you may not:

  1. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Content
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or application provided through MyAatman, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  3. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  4. Use the Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Aurus.
  5. Use automated means, including bots, crawlers, or scraping tools, to extract or reproduce any part of the Content without authorization.

Unauthorized use of the Content may constitute an infringement of Aurus' intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal action under applicable laws.

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

Aurus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of MyAatman to do the same. If you believe that any material available through MyAatman infringes your copyright, you may submit a Notice of Copyright Infringement as described below.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

Aurus will review and process copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (where applicable), local copyright legislation, and the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Any personal information submitted as part of a copyright complaint or counter-notification will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws, including, where applicable:

  1. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  2. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
  3. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), India
  4. Other applicable privacy and data protection laws

Your Notice Should Include

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled from MyAatman was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter Notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with the governing law specified in the Terms of Use or other applicable laws and that you will accept service of process from the person submitting the original complaint or their authorized representative.

Governing Law

This Copyright Policy shall be governed by the laws specified in the Terms of Use. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections available to users under the applicable laws of their country or jurisdiction.
