This EULA governs your access to and use of the AATMAN platform, including the web application, mobile application, messenger, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Application").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Application.
Subject to this EULA and any applicable subscription agreement between Aurus and your organization, Aurus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your internal business or personal healthcare purposes, as applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
You may use the Licensed Application only as expressly permitted in this EULA. You shall not:

Where applicable, the Application may collect, process, store, and transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) and Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in accordance with applicable agreements and laws.
PHI/ePHI is protected using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption of data at rest and in transit.
Where applicable, Aurus complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Depending on your jurisdiction, Aurus also complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
The Application, including its software, trademarks, logos, documentation, designs, and other intellectual property, is owned by Aurus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws
No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.
The Application may integrate with third-party devices, services, or software.
Aurus is not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party products or services.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Application is intended to support wellness and healthcare management and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency medical treatment. Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.
Aurus may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA, applicable laws, or your organization's subscription agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ceases.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable subscription agreement or otherwise determined by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of such jurisdiction.
YAurus may update this EULA from time to time.
The updated version will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
